Send Ursula Schilling to Washington D. C. to persuade 66 other senators to do what's in  the best interest of all Americans -- UPGRADE OUR INFRASTRUCTURE TO FIRST CLASS STATUS AND USE SMART FINANCING TO PAY IT OFF WITHIN 20 TO 30 YEARS.  To accomplish this, a lot of Americans, using smart phone technology, will need to exert gentle but consistent  pressure on Congress to show that we're  serious and we want it done NOW.

Why is Ursula  Schilling running for U. S. Senator from California?

She was born in Germany  (Bad Told, Bavaria), lived between age 4 to 9 in Australia (Sydney and Cooma, NSW) and came to California in 1957.  She became a citizen in July 1962 and "wants to serve the country I love".
